Position Summary
TE2 is looking for passionate interns who are curious about building systems. This is a full time, paid internship for the Summer. The internship will begin in June and end around mid-August. Selected interns must work a minimum of 30 – 40 hours per week. As one of our student interns, you will work with an experienced engineer, get involved in projects, and be a part of a growing company that solves the challenges of our clients. You will perform meaningful work, and this internship will help you determine if our company is the right career choice for you.
Job Responsibilities
- Support the design team, and perform a variety of engineering tasks
- Become familiar with various softwares, including: Wrightsoft, AutoCAD, PV Watts, etc.
- Perform basic calculations and assist in analyzing data
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to work well on a team
- Completion of 2 years of post-secondary engineering program
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- AutoCAD experience is a plus
- Experience with computer software, including Microsoft Word and Excel
