TE2 Engineering was hired as the MEP design engineer for the rehabilitation and revitalization of the historic Ames Chapel, located at the Hingham Cemetery in Hingham, MA. The chapel was originally constructed in 1886, although has served as office space and storage since the 1920’s. The project included many upgrades such as spray foam insulation, fire protection/fire alarms systems, radiant floor heating, air conditioning, humidification/dehumidification and energy recovery ventilation. The chapel transformation was completed in 2015.
