This project consisted of a major renovation to build a home for retired grandparents. The goal was to design an energy efficient, quiet and comfortable heating and cooling system. Our design arrived at a closed loop geothermal system paired up with radiant floor heating and small duct high velocity air handlers. The geothermal system exhibits greater than 50% savings when compared to a conventional HVAC system.
