This project includes various energy efficiency technologies. The HVAC system consists of air to water (inverter driven) heat pumps to provide both heating and cooling to the building. The distribution systems consist of hydronic radiant floors and ducted air handlers. The domestic hot water and supplemental heat were provided by a condensing gas boiler. The system employed air to air exchanger technology (energy recovery ventilators) for balanced ventilation to provide fresh air to the building, and maintain a high level of indoor air quality (IAQ).
