TE2 Engineering was hired to design an innovative pool heating solution for the Gateway Canyon resort. The system utilizes solar heat captured from the patio pavers and transmits the heat to the swimming pools. Basically a solar thermal system without solar collectors. This allows the pavers to be temperature regulated (not burn your bare feet) while providing ordinarily wasted heat to the pool.
